Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery through our Contact Us page. Supporting documentation, such as clear photos of the item and packaging, may be required to assess the issue.
If approved, the item must be returned to us for inspection. Once received and reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the nature and condition of the item.
Please note that submitting a faulty item claim does not automatically guarantee a full refund.
